In any of our stores you can exchange it for a product of the same value (this is if you have physical stores or a showroom).

From your home. To do this, contact [email protected] and send the product directly by post using “Freight Collect”. You can exchange the product for another, or if the exchange is due to damage, it will be exchanged for the same product, which will also be sent to your home.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can also get your money back.

To return your money, you have up to 7 days to make the request, starting from the purchase.
